We’re thrilled to share an exciting update from the construction site of The Land at Saraland. On November 4, 2024, we achieved a significant milestone with the successful erection of the first steel structures for what will be a massive 78,000 square foot state-of-the-art recreational facility.
This phase marks not just progress but a pivotal transformation in Saraland’s landscape. The facility’s design includes expansive multipurpose spaces to accommodate a wide range of sports and activities. Key features of the upcoming complex include:
- Four full-size basketball courts
- Eight volleyball courts
- Twelve pickleball courts
- An indoor running track
These facilities are designed to cater not only to local sports teams but also to host regional tournaments and events, promising to be a hub of activity and excitement.
Looking ahead, the construction team is on schedule, with substantial completion anticipated by August 2025. This development is not just about building a sports complex; it’s about creating a community center that fosters health, wellness, and sportsmanship.
