JENNIFER DUNNAM
Jennifer is a Certified Fitness Professional specializing in Core and Functional Fitness Training and Active Aging for Senior Adults. Her main focus is helping people of all ages improve their daily movements and reduce injury risks, with a specific passion for helping Seniors build strength and maintain balance/mobility to enjoy a longer, healthier and more active lifestyle.
CRYSTAL LEBLANC
Crystal LeBlanc is a South Louisiana native who has called Saraland home for over a decade. She has spent the last seven years teaching vinyasa-style yoga with a grounding, breath-centered approach that helps students connect deeply to their bodies. Crystal’s classes are designed to build trust, presence, and mindful movement, creating a space where people can slow down and reconnect. Alongside teaching yoga, she is a Holistic Nutritionist and Aeroponics Educator, sharing simple, sustainable ways to support personal and community wellness. Her work weaves together movement, mindfulness, and education to help others live more embodied and intentional lives.
BRANDY MCDUFFIE
For the past ten years, I’ve had the privilege of leading group fitness and helping people discover what they’re truly capable of. I love watching members grow stronger, gain confidence, and reach goals they once thought were out of reach. Helping people progress in their fitness journey is what keeps me energized and inspired every single day! I am thankful for the opportunity to teach here at The Land and I look forward to being in class with you!
DELILAH NULL
Delilah is a multi-disciplinary movement instructor specializing in Pilates, Barre, Yoga Body Sculpt, and sensual chair dance. She began her career at Crunch Fitness and now teaches across boutique studios while pursuing her NASM certification. Blending mindful sculpting, feminine strength, and curated class experiences, Delilah helps women feel aligned, confident, and deeply connected to their bodies.
CHRISTINE WESTOVER
Christine teaches Yoga, Barre, Pilates, and HIIT with a dynamic, high-energy approach that blends strength, mobility, and functional fitness. She’s always exploring new movement styles to expand her wellness knowledge and keep her classes fresh, challenging, and purposeful. She thrives on seeing members stay dedicated, improve their mobility and strength, and reach their goals with confidence.
MADISON IRVINE
Maddie is a personal trainer passionate about helping each client feel stronger, more confident, and empowered in their own journey. She creates personalized, goal-focused programs that fit each individual’s lifestyle, making fitness both effective and enjoyable. She is known for her motivating and supportive style, Maddie celebrates every milestone and helps clients stay consistent, resilient, and ifspired along the way. She approaches each session with care, encouragement, and a focus on real, lasting results.
STEPHANIE VERKOUILLE
Hi! I’m Stephanie Verkouille, an Assistant Professor of Kinesiology and a fitness trainer with a lifelong passion for health and wellness. I began teaching fitness in 1995 and have loved encouraging and empowering people of all ages to move their bodies, build strength, and live healthier lives. I’m certified in a variety of fitness formats including group fitness, cycling, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and personal training. Outside of the gym and classroom, I’m a wife, mom, and proud grandmother. My heart is to use my love for fitness and wellness to serve the Lord and others, and I pray the Lord will guide me as I encourage others to care for their bodies, grow in confidence, and live well.
ROBIN COMBS
Robin Combs has been dancing since age four, trained in ballet, jazz, and hip-hop, and has performed with professional dance companies. After stepping into her first Zumba class in 2008, it was love at first move, and she became a licensed instructor in 2010. Robin has been teaching—and taking—Zumba classes wherever life takes her ever since. She loves the smiles, energy, and pure joy Zumba brings to people of all ages. Some of her favorite memories include leading high-energy sessions at public events, schools, festivals, and Zumbathons, including the 24-hour Relay for Life.
